Documentation
Planning application drawings can be followed by more detailed technical documentation for tender and construction.
We use software to schedule material quantities and detect any potential clashes with services or structure. This allows us to reduce risk and improve the quality of the final product.
Contract Administration
We can offer a full service including tender negotiations and contractor selection.
Once a contractor has been selected, we can administrate the contract between yourself and the builder. We also provide further assistance during the defects liability period, to act upon any defects or incomplete work, determining final completion.
